Our story
A2PH was created in 2009 by Bruno HERVE and Olivier PACOTTE, both of whom have worked in the field of perfumery and aromas for over 30 years.
Established in Dreux at its current site since 2013, the company is located within the Parc d'entreprises de la Radio and thus benefits from the logistics and security of the site which is 45 minutes from Paris by road.
Philosophy of the company
A2PH exclusively creates custom-made products: We start with your needs.
The starting point of the commercial relationship is your need and our desire to offer you the best product adapted to your technical and commercial constraints.
It allows our clients of all sizes to benefit from personalized development.
Responsiveness, flexibility, speed of order processing and consistency in the quality of the products sold are our greatest assets.
A2PH's goal is to provide you with the best products adapted to your olfactory, technical and budgetary constraints.
A2PH only works in B2B. The production of finished products can in certain cases be carried out in collaboration with an external contractor.
Customers
Our clientele consists of customers located in France, Europe, South East Asia, North and West Africa and the Middle East.
Development
A2PH does not have a list of fragrances and flavors, we only do custom formula development.
The client's brief should include as much information as possible:
- Sought-after perfumes or aromas
- Use: the final product in which it will be incorporated
- Technical and regulatory constraints
- Budgetary constraints
- Any useful information to accelerate development
Despite our experience, it is ultimately imperative that the customer conducts a "real" test with their finished product and according to its manufacturing method.
The perfume or aroma being validated in its final formulation, the formula will not be modified in any way except at the request of the customer or imposed by a change in regulations of which the customer will be informed.
We then provide technical and regulatory documentation: technical data sheet (TS), safety data sheet (SDS in GHS format), allergen certificate (80 declarable allergens for perfumes), IFRA certificate (for perfumes) and any other necessary certificate or attestation.
